Support
Support
is available for network workstations and servers.
The standard response time for problem acknowledgement is within
30 minutes for calls initiated via e-mail and 1 hour for calls
initiated via telephone. For server emergency calls requiring
onsite assistance a technician will be dispatched and onsite
within a maximum of 4 hours.
Non-emergency and/or workstation support calls are typically
scheduled at mutually agreeable times. Additional support options
including after hours emergency support or more comprehensive
support options can be arranged if/as needed or desired.
Support contracts must be arranged in advance, although we will
make every to serve new clients promptly in the case of an emergency.
